Covid Statement
The health and well-being of our customers and family of employees is the Number 1 priority
for E.A.T.
w/Culinary Professionals Inc. It is important to us to remain proactive during this challenging
time.
We are following guidance and recommendations from the CDC and the State of New York, while continuing to evaluate our standard procedures. Our facilities have always met food safety and sanitation
standards, so these protocols are already in place. We continue to maintain the highest possible standards in service and product quality.
Cleaning and Sanitation
Our employees strictly adhere to City of New York Standard Operating Procedures at the
highest level of
compliance. We have increased the frequency of our deep cleaning to provide additional layers
of protection,
and to provide peace of mind to our clients and team members.
Hand washing and glove changing have always been mandated in our standard operating
procedures, but we
have enhanced these protocols with an addition of hand sanitizer.
Employee Health and Wellness
We continue to reinforce our policy for employees reporting illness. We are conducting health
checks for each
employee as they enter each facility. If an employee is suspected to have been exposed to
COVID-19 or is
experiencing flu-like symptoms, we are ensuring those employees do not report to work.
We have implemented personal protective equipment for employees across all our locations
and continue to
promote social distancing.
Summary
This situation continues to change daily and as such, we will continue to follow the guidance
provided by the
CDC and local health departments. In addition, we promise to do all that we can to keep our
employees,
customers and the community safe – all while delivering the highest quality of service and
products.
